Glen’s practice focuses on solving business problems, particularly in the commercial real estate industry.
Glen’s experience includes acquisition of undeveloped land; development of residential, retail, office and industrial facilities; financing; office, retail and industrial leasing for both landlords and tenants; homeowner/condominium documents and condominium conversions; sale of developed property, and real estate management. Clients include national, regional and local developers, owners, tenants and homeowners' associations.
Prior to joining Krasnow Saunders Cornblath, Glen was associated with Mayer, Brown & Platt and a partner at Sachnoff & Weaver, Ltd. (now Reed Smith).
He has led round table discussions at ICSC Law Conferences and wrote a column entitled "Creative Solutions" for ICSC's Retail Law Strategist. Glen also taught Real Estate Drafting as Adjunct Professor at IIT/Chicago Kent College of Law from 1995-2000. Glen was selected pursuant to an attorney peer review process as an Illinois Super Lawyer (Real Estate, 2006), a recognition accorded to only approximately 5% of Illinois' lawyers.
