Dina concentrates her practice on real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions of all types of properties, real estate development, leasing and financing. Prior to joining Krasnow Saunders Cornblath, LLP, Dina was a real estate associate at Sidley Austin LLP.
Dina’s experience includes representing local and national developers of real estate who acquire, finance, develop and operate multi-use, retail and office projects. Dina also negotiates retail and office leases for national tenants and for landlords, which provides her with an understanding of both the tenant and landlord perspective for both office and retail leases.
Dina drafts, reviews and negotiates real estate documents such as purchase and sale agreements, site development agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, letters of intent, construction loan agreements and ancillary documents, license agreements, office leases, retail leases, subleases and closing documents.
