Lora is graduate of Northwestern University School of Law where she was a member of the Editorial Board of The Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology. Ms. Sanberg practiced law at Sidley & Austin in Chicago for five years, and was a partner at the Chicago firm Butler, Rubin, Boyd & Krasnow before leaving in 1993 to join Henry Krasnow in founding Krasnow Sanberg & Cohen (now Krasnow Saunders Cornblath, LLP).
Lora's practice includes: representing national, regional and local shopping center developers, owners and management companies in anchor tenant and in-line leasing and office leasing, acquisition of undeveloped land, development of retail office facilities, sale of developed property, and representing national tenants. Ms. Sanberg has conducted discussion groups at the annual ICSC Law Conference for a number of years on such topics as "Negotiating A Lease In Record Time" and "Creative Solutions To Sticking Points." In addition, she has been on the Editorial Board of the ICSC monthly publication "The Retail Law Strategist." She has edited several legal textbooks and numerous articles.
