John’s practice focuses on general commercial litigation, as well as employment litigation and counseling. Before joining the firm, John practiced at Sachnoff & Weaver, Ltd. (which merged with Reed Smith in 2007), where he handled a wide array of business litigation matters, including cases involving fraud, breach of contract, intellectual property, trade secrets, and fiduciary duties. John also handles the defense of employment cases involving harassment, discrimination, (including claims of age, race, gender, national origin, and disability-based discrimination), retaliation, wage and hour claims, restrictive covenants, and employment contracts.
